FREE! Get exclusive access to your local rancher and ranch. We are approximately 1 hour east of Austin, Texas and welcome you to the ranch! We will contact you and work with you to arrange a time that you can come to the ranch to pick up your beef. We look forward to meeting you and showing you where we work to provide you with your great, natural beef! Don't forget your cooler!
Shipping charges vary depending on your location.
We will ship on Mondays and Tuesday to ensure your meat is not in a hot warehouse over the weekend. Please allow 3-5 days to process your order. We will ship 2nd day air via UPS or FedEx.
We will send you a tracking number once your meat is in transit so you know when your meat will arrive. During this period, please check your spam folder to insure you haven't missed our email.
The billing customer is responsible to ensure someone is available to receive your beef box. We do not require a signature to ensure your product arrives in a timely manner.
Your meat will ship in an insulated box to keep it frozen or cool to the touch at time of arrival. Place your meat directly into the freezer. If your meat is not cool to the touch upon arrival, please contact watson.diann@gmail.com immediately. Provide a description of the damage and a photo (s) of the order in the state it was received. Claim filing is time sensitive and photos are required in order to show proof of damage.
All shipments require a physical address. We are unable to ship to a PO Box. Pennridge Ranch is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
