Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns back into our shipment facility. If you feel that the product you received did not meet our guarantee, please contact us at watson.diann@gmail.com and our team will assist you in the refund/review process.

In the event of a carrier delay and/or damage to the shipping box that results in your product arriving warm (above 40 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer) or you feel your order is compromised or unsafe in any way – please notify us immediately at watson.diann@gmail.com.

Do not consume or taste suspect food. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

We require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
